Dates: April 10, 2012 A reception will be held Monday evening (April 9). Industry Outlook Conference will be all day Tuesday, April 10.
Dinner on Monday evening will be on your own. There are many restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. Or you may choose to stay and eat at the hotel restaurant.
Conference Location: This meeting will be held in downtown Denver, CO at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Denver Branch.
Reception: The reception will be held across the street at the Rialto Cafe located in the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Downtown. Appetizers will be provided, and wait staff will be available to take your drink orders.
Registration: Use the conference registration link to submit your information to the LMIC.
Fees: Prepayment is required this year for the discounted rate of $80. Payment must be received by the 3/27/12 deadline or you will owe $100. You may pay with a credit card by calling Steiner Consulting at 800-526-4612 or you may send a check to the LMIC. Use this link for W9 tax information.

Hotel: We are not requiring you stay at the hotel this year, but for the most convenient location, you may want to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Downtown.
The reception will be in this hotel, and the hotel is across the street from the Federal Reserve.
The group rate is $145 plus tax per night. Make your reservations before March 12, 2012 to get the great group rate.

Transportation: From the airport, a taxi or shuttle service will likely be the best option.
Shuttle: Super Shuttle runs approximately every 15 minutes from 5:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The cost is $22 per person each way or $38 round trip. Taxi: If taking a taxi, the approximate cost is $55.00 from Denver International Airport to the hotel.
